Britches & Stitches Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. (All international recipients will be responsible for any and all duties or tariffs, not Britches & Stitches). When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Per the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All orders are shipped between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday and exclude all major holidays observed in the United States of America. Once your order has been received, it may take an additional 1 to 3 business days to process. If you have selected and paid for expedited shipping, we will do our best to process the order as soon as possible but cannot guarantee same day shipping.
Products that are out of stock will usually be notated on the product page and/or during the checkout process. This may not always be accurate as we might receive a phone order that changes the availability. We will strive to ship the order as soon as possible and contact you with further information.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all packages for damage and/or shortages. If damage has occurred, contact the respective carrier and file any/all appropriate claim forms, then Contact Us. If there is a product shortage due to damage caused by others, we will not replace items until the inspection has been completed. There will be no exceptions. If the package is not damaged and there is a shortage, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
